Pitch Packages

We offer three tiers of pitch design services to meet you where you are. If you’re a founder or creative entrepreneur, we craft the pitch that gets you supported.

Our PROCESS

1. DISCOVERY CALL

If you would like to explore if we’re the best fit for your pitch, we offer a free 20-minute Discovery Call to answer questions and share more about our process and services.
2. BOOK YOUR PROJECT

When you’re ready to book, fill out this short form. We’ll kick off the project once your contract is signed. We require full payment for The Starter package and a 50% payment for The Connector and The Closer pitch packages.
3. KICKOFF CALL

We start your project with a live call to discuss your business, your goals, and the story you’re aiming to tell. We’ll ask about your successes and the milestones you’ve reached to highlight them in your pitch.
4. WE GET TO WORK

Here, we transform your data into a story that closes deals, with our signature style of strategic storytelling and digestible design. These elements give your pitch an edge.
5. FEEDBACK CALL

We schedule a live call where we share your new pitch with you. This is an opportunity for you to provide feedback and you have up to 48 hrs to send through any additional notes.
6. YOUR DECK, DELIVERED

We integrate your feedback into a pitch that’s tailored just for you. Once you submit your final payment, you’ll receive the Keynote source file and have full ownership of the deck!

FAQs

While it varies with each package and our availability, here’s what to expect:
- The Starter: 5-7 business days.
- The Connector: 10-15 business days.
- The Closer: 15-20 business days.
Once you book your project, we will offer you a more specific ETA.
Yes! We are happy to work with a pitch deck you already have.
If we’re creating any new content, the price for this service is reflected in our packages above.
If you’re only looking for a visual design update, reach out to hi@setthetone.studio and we’ll share our design-only rates.
While we are experts at strategic storytelling and design, we expect our clients to be experts on their business.
We ask about data points like: audience size, adoption, engagement, sales growth, customer feedback etc. to get a picture of what will stand out as a success to your audience.
We’ll also ask you to send through files that will help us tell a clear story e.g. existing pitch decks, business plans, etc.
At the end of your project, we will send you a folder with the fully editable Keynote file.
We believe that a pitch should not only communicate compelling data, but connect with your audience emotionally.
Our pitches are simple, with a natural flow that’s easy to follow along with.
