Ready to revitalize your pitch deck? Fill out this short form and we’ll schedule a confirmation call to get started.

2. CONTRACTS & TIMELINE
Once your project is confirmed, we send over a contract that protects your IP along with a timeline. Once you sign, 50% payment is due to start your project.

3. KICKOFF CALL
This is the fun part! We start your project with a live call to not only review your existing pitch, but discuss your goals, and the story you’re aiming to tell with the new deck.

4. WE GET TO WORK
Here, we transform your data into a story that closes deals, with our signature style of strategic storytelling and digestible design. These elements give your pitch an edge.

5. DECK REBUILD REVIEW
We schedule a live call where review the reimagined pitch deck, together. This is an opportunity for you to provide detailed feedback that sharpens the narrative.

6. YOUR DECK, DELIVERED
We integrate your feedback into a pitch that’s tailored just for you. Once you submit your final payment, you’ll receive the Keynote source file and have full ownership of the deck!

While it varies with each package and our availability, here’s what to expect:
The Starter: 5-7 business days.
The Closer: 15-20 business days.
The Custom: This is dependent on the number of slides and revisions you choose.
Once you book your project, we will send a timeline for our work together.

We find that building from an existing pitch deck makes the process of sharpening your story much more simple and easeful. Although we tend to reimagine the deck entirely, it gives us a solid place to start and makes the process smoother for everyone.

Aside from asking you to share an existing pitch deck before we start, we expect our clients to have a strong grasp on their business, market, and traction.
We may ask about data points like audience size, adoption, engagement, sales growth, customer feedback etc. to get a picture of what will stand out as a success to your audience.

At the end of your project, we will send you a folder with the fully editable Keynote file.
